Dr. Xie is a vice chairman at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. At the Fairbank Center, he will be working on a project titled “The Principle of Education, Education Sociology, Pedagogy of Higher Education”. He will be working with Professor Elizabeth J. Perry, and other Fairbank Center faculty members.
