Wesley Chen Tso Chu (朱宸佐) is a licensed attorney in Taiwan and mainland China, specializing in technology law and policy. He currently serves as Secretary-General of the International AI and Law Research Foundation, Deputy Chair of the Taiwan Bar Association’s Technology Law Committee, and Director of the Taiwan Technology Industry Legal Officers Association (TILO). Chu’s projects focus on advocating for AI legal frameworks and education in Taiwan.
