The Critical Issues Confronting China (中國大問題) project brings together scholars, journalists, experts, and professionals to address the urgent and evolving challenges facing China today. Our lecture series features informed, interdisciplinary dialogues covering a wide range of contemporary topics — from politics, foreign policy, and economics to society, technology, and culture. This project presents our recorded lectures, short highlight videos, and insights from experts at Harvard and beyond. Our goal is to encourage a deeper understanding of the complex issues facing China today.
