Thornton China Center and former Director for China, Taiwan, and Mongolian Affairs at the White House National Security Council during the Obama administration. Moderated by Dinda Elliott, Executive Director of Harvard’s Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies, the session will explore the complex challenges surrounding Taiwan’s international status and participation in global affairs.
