Christopher Li 

Christopher Li is a Ph.D. Candidate in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Harvard Medical School. He is also a Technology and Geopolitics Fellow at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, where he researches U.S.–China relations, the geopolitics of Asia, and technology competition. He is also affiliated with the Defense, Emerging Technology, and Strategy Program, where his work focuses on global competition in biotechnology and life sciences.
