Harvard-TUSA Collaboration Program
Application Deadline: January 5, 2018
Per the Fairbank Center’s recently signed MOU with TUSA, funds are available to support faculty members at Harvard to invite faculty from TUSA member universities to visit Harvard for scholarly collaboration. This collaboration can include seminars, workshops, panel discussions, lectures, collaborative conferences, and/or collaborative research.
Applications will be reviewed by a committee at the Fairbank Center. Because the TUSA Office will be closing soon after the New Year, and due to required administrative processes on the Taiwan side, there will now be a single deadline for applications: January 5, 2018.
In general, each Taiwanese scholar traveling to Cambridge can be reimbursed for the cost of round-trip economy airfare plus expenses of US $301/day for accommodation and meals. Below are more specific reimbursement guidelines for the visitor from Taiwan, who will be reimbursed by National Taiwan University.
These funds must be expended by June 30, 2018; applicants are encouraged to begin planning and to send us the application form as early as possible. Please note that there is an application for an individual visitor and one for a group visit.
Please submit questions and applications to Nick Drake at firstname.lastname@example.org.
