Bio

Jie (Jeanne) Huang is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney Law School in Australia. Her research focuses on conflict of laws (private international law) and digital trade between China, Australia, and the United States. She is the Co-Chair of the American Society of International Law Private International Law Interest Group and Co-General Editor of www.conflictoflaws.net (the largest academic conflict of laws blog in the world with around 2,600 subscribers).  

Huang also serves as an Australian expert on mission to the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT). She has published in the American Journal of International Law and the European Journal of International Law. Huang received her Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law.
