Quan (Tony) Liu is Chairman and Founder of Beijing United Information Technology Co., a B2B e-commerce platform for online commodity transactions, business information services, and internet technology services. His research project focuses on exploring future opportunities and challenges of business cooperation between Chinese and American enterprises in the context of today’s U.S.-China relations. Liu graduated from Renmin University with a BA in Finance.

Research interests: Entrepreneurship, Business Cooperation, U.S.-China Relations.
