Alanna Krolikowski will revise her PhD dissertation “China and the United States in Civil-Commercial Air and Space: Specialist Cultures and International Order in High-Technology Sectors” for publication. Through analysis of civil-commercial aircraft manufacturing and civil-commercial space, she explores why some Chinese high-technology sectors are trans-nationally integrated while others are sites of interstate competition.
