One of the Fairbank Center’s Visiting Scholars, Maria Adele Carrai, will be giving a presentation on Friday, April 20 from 2-4 in CGIS S153 on her paper “The Belt and Road Initiative and Authoritarian Spillovers: Chinese economic statecraft in Central and Eastern European Countries.”
